Which tier do you need
- Basic Registration — turnover up to ₹12 lakh
- State Licence — turnover ₹12 lakh to ₹20 crore
- Central Licence — turnover above ₹20 crore or import / export

- Premises layout and equipment list
- Food category list and FSMS plan (for higher tiers)
- Water test report for manufacturers
